An initial survey is undertaken to determine the materials and nature of dyes used in the upholstery. This is a very important process as there can be many more different makes of fibre in one piece of upholstery material compared to carpet construction. The braids and other trimmings will then be checked on the upholstery so that you may have every confidence that your valuable furnishings will be cleaned and cared for in the most professional manner.
The upholstery will then be vacuumed to remove any dry soiling. Any spots and stains will then be treated accordingly. The cleaning solution is then applied to the upholstery and agitated into the material. The broken down soil is then rinsed away using the preferred hot water extraction method and the powerful extraction of the machine will allow your upholstery to remain slightly damp, but not wet. Air movers are used where necessary to assist drying times.
