We left a message on Chris’s answerphone asking him to contact us, which he did within a very short time – something that is unusual these days, and very welcome. He came to view the job of cleaning our quite badly marked kitchen floor tiles, gave us an on-the-spot quote and dates and times when he could come. He was true to his word, professional, polite and cheerful and we are delighted by how much better the floor looks now. We would most definitely use Chris’s services again. Highly recommended.
